Matt Reischling is a professional musician, self-published author, and restless traveler.
Besides running an education-related business to support his creativity, he’s been performing solo and with a band for over twenty years in such places as Los Angeles, San Diego, Northern Italy, and the San Francisco Bay Area. His discography includes nine albums (seven full-length, two EP’s), which are available on ALL streaming sites under his name, as well as on Bandcamp (www.mattreischling.bandcamp.com)
In 2021, Matt released an eclectic, revealing nonfiction book of essays called Almost Weightless: Essays on the Journey to Myself, which is currently on Amazon. Two years later, he released a ten-track album, Swimming through the Pulp, which guest-starred some talented friends and was profiled in The Bohemian, a widely-circulated arts magazine in Northern California. The article is in the link BELOW. In 2024, Matt published his second book of essays, Transmissions from a Restless Soul, which is also available on Amazon and in select stores around Sonoma County.
